The launch CRP129E Elite is perfect for DIY guy. For the price of it, the quality is outstanding. Its stout, but not overly heavy. Feels like it is constructed with quality materials. The hand grips on the back of it help when trying to hold it. It is mostly plug and play, it has a rechargeable battery which is nice. That means you don’t have to be plugged into something to be able to turn it on. It comes with a nice zip up case.. The touchscreen on it is amazing, it is just like using your smart phone. It is very user friendly. Of course if you don’t want to use the touch screen(maybe your hands are dyirt) then you can use the actual buttons.

The tool itself feels to be constructed of quality materials. Tough rubber/silicone texture that would be able to endure regular use in shops. Battery charges at a good rate and holds charge for quite a while. Overall I strongly suggest this tool for anybody in thae mrket for an easy to use, cost effective scan tool!
