Does Launch CRP919E BT support programming BMW ECM?

Problem:

Launch CRP919E BT scanner failed to code and program ECM (Engine Control Module - DME/DDE from a 2005 BMW.

Any solution?

CRP919E BT/CRP919X BT only does basic coding. It won't do programming.

Launch X431 Pro5/PAD V/PAD VII has built-in BMW and Mercedes online coding and programming.
