Some users reported that Launch Creader CRP909E scanner special function is gray (can not be used) on any vehicle brand and asks to purchase function in Mall.

Launch CRP909E is a obd2 code scanner supports 15 common service functions only. It cannot do special functions. To unlock special functions, must purchase software license in Mall.
