Launch new SmartLink vs. old SmartLink, any differences?

What's the difference between the new smartlink and old smartlink VCI of Launch X431 PAD VII?

X431shop.eu has two version Smartlink C, it will sent Randomly.

Function is exactly the same. Old smart link is based on Android system and new VCI is based on Linux. New smartlink is faster.
