Solution of Launch X431 Pro5 online programming error N820
I was trying to program the PDM module for Land rover discovery 2010 with Launch X431 Pro5, it does not allow me to proceed. Pro5 gave error N820 and asked to purchase online programming but i cannot find Land rover programming in Mall. Any suggestion?
Solution:
Launch x431 Pro5/PAD V/PAD VII will do built-in Mercedes-Benz and BMW online programming ONLY. (Need to enable online programming menu before using)
X-431 will not do Land rover online programming nor for other vehicle makes.
You cannot purchase online programming software from anywhere.
It can be done via JLR VCI and SDD (or Pathfinder if DoIP model) with online subscription from JLR official.
