1. The device can not be turned on or black screen: Due to part of products being stored in the warehouse for some time, there may be instances of power depletion, which can result in the device not turning on or displaying a black screen. Specific troubleshooting steps are as follows: 1. Check if the connecting cable is broken or damaged. 2. Check if the power adapter is working properly and make sure all the interfaces are plugged in correctly and have good contact 3. Connect the device to the charging connector via the USB cable. Charge for at least 3 hours to replenish power before continuing to use it. 4. Long press the power button to try to force restart the device. 5. If the device supports it, try restoring the factory settings.

2 . Unable to enter the registration process: This scanner does not require registration or activation. The specific operation steps are as follows: After receiving the device, charge it for 3-4 hours first, then plug the OBD data cable of the device into the vehicle's OBD II interface, and turn on the vehicle's ignition switch.
