In Sum:

They have almost the same function. CRP919BT is the Bluetooth version alternative of Pro Elite.

Pro Elite is a 8 inch tablet, it is also compatible with X-prog3, videoscope, Oscilloscope, ADAS add-on modules, CRP919BT only compatible with BST360 and TSGUN TPMS modules.

Both have Global and EU/UK version. EU/UK has IP limitations and it is cheaper.

If need USB version, check Pro Elite, or CRP919 BT vice versa.
