We guarantee All Products are strictly tested by our quality inspector before delivery, Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below.
Please make sure that you understand our return and refund policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.  

Return Policy

1. In what situation our return policy will be applied to you?
  • First, The item you received has quality problem. If the product you receive can not work once you receive it or it encounter crash in delivery, please contact us within 48 hours after you got it. Our customer service will arrange free exchange or return service for you. 
  • Second, You are not satisfied with the item you buy at
    We can also accept return within 30 days if you not satisfied with the item you bought, you can get partial refund (minus the shipping cost,10% handling cost, and cost on items activated if the product needs activating), or exchange to another item you want. Customer need responsible for both shipping fee.
  • Third, You order a wrong item from us.  You can also return back the wrong item to get partial refund (minus the shipping cost), or exchange a right item, customer responsible for extra shipping cost.
  • Fourth,We send you the wrong item.   We will be responsible 100% for any fee caused by this. You can return the wrong item back to us to get full refund or resend you the right item, and we pay the shipping cost to send back.
  • At last, in some particular situation, our return policy can be open for you after our customer service learning your particular problem. Please contact our customer service for this situation.
  • We have a 30 day return policy. All parts must be returned within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept any returns after 30 days, no exceptions.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send your purchase back to us. We have USA return warehouse, UK return warehouse, EU return warehouse or China return warehouse. Please contact our customer service for detail return address.
2. Returning for replacement
  • When exchange for free:If your products encounter crash in delivery, we will exchange it free of charge for you,you undertake the shipping cost for your ship item back to us through simple airmail.
  • Mis-ordered products:  If you order a wrong item and plan to exchange for what you want, just contact our customer service for help, if we can exchange for you, you need to pay the shipping cost to us as well as return to you.
  • Physical Damaged Items: If the item is damaged by yourself, we CAN'T provide exchange service for you. But you can return for repair.
  • What you should do before returning for replacement: Contact our customer service to tell us your problem. What's wrong with your item and what you want us to do for you.
  • How we will do after receiving your return: Keep in touch with us to make sure we get it. After checking the item, we will arrange a replacement for you and we will inform you when everything is done. Please remember to check your email from time to time.
3. Returning shipping options: 
  • After confirming your items is under our policy of returning, please contact us for return address and use post service airmail or EMS to return it. 
  • Pls use simple airmail to ship item back to us. NO DHL, UPS, TNT, Fedex or any other express, because we will have problem in clearing the clearance and CAN'T get your return item, we will not responsible for that.
Refund Policy

When i can get my refund or exchange items back?
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days through PayPal
  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your paypal account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your paypal account manager or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
