X431shop.eu offer you a wide selection of shipment which are all safe and quality, we will choose the most suitable for you. the following table shows the shipment options and the delivery time.

1. Ship from EU/UK/Other Overseas Warehouse

1). Ship from EU/UK Warehouse 

• Normally take about 3-7 working days to arrive UK and Other EU countries
• Valid for EU/UK Local Address Only - Only Item title marked "EU/UK SHIP" will ship from EU/UK warehouse!

Attention:

• To EU/UK local address, normally take about 3-7 working days. this all depends on the address is close or remote. 
• We just have stocks in EU/UK warehouse, do not have branch company in EU/UK, if item have problem need refund or repair, you need to send back to our Shenzhen, China warehouse.
• If item is out of stock in EU/UK warehouse, we will ship by DHL or YANWEN by default. To help you save custom tax, parcels to French, Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic and other Europe countries ,we will recommend YANWEN.

2. Shipment from Shenzhen/Hongkong warehouse 

 If the item you brought is no stock in our overseas warehouse. we will send packages from shenzhen China by DHL, Fedex, UPS, etc. (DHL will be the default delivery method)

1). Normal Registered Airmail Post way

• Take About 10-16 working days, Sometimes will be 20 days. 
• Registered Airmail Includes YODEL, Royal mail, YUN express, China Post, USPS Post, etc.
• Order amount less than 150USD, and package weight less than 2KG will be sent by Registered airmail. 
• Used for most countries in the world, Usually will arrival within 10-16 working days, sometimes will take about 20 working days arrival depend on the different countries.
• But if you feel it is really slow, and want us to send by DHL, you can choose "Premium Delivery" and pay for the extra shipping for express service. finally we will send it by DHL.

2). Default DHL and Other Express Service

• Take About 5-7 working days
• DHL will be the default delivery method
• To help you clearance we will help declare a lower price on the invoice to help clearance.
• If address is remote area, you need pay remote freight 45USD or we will ship by Normal Post or Yanwen/EMS/Aramex Express.
• If the item you brought is no stock in our overseas warehouse. we will send packages from shenzhen China by DHL, Fedex, UPS, etc. (DHL will be the default delivery method)
• To some eu countries, there might be customs duty problem,for this situation, we will always help to write low value on invoice to avoid high tax problem. So if you have any special rquest on this, you can email to inform us your suggestions. 

3). Shipment by Yanwen Express Service 

• No Tax Problem - Take About 9-15 working days, No Tax Problem
• Usually No Tax for European Countries or Remote Area . The tax was pre-paid, when package reached, there's no tax no extra fee for customers.
• Due to high custom tax in European Countries,Like Germany, Greece,Romania,Sweden,France,etc, we will use Yanwen express as first option, if you will need faster DHL shipment, please contact us ,thank you

Notes： 

• Our company is based in China, DHL packages would ship from Shenzhen or Hongkong.
• Products freight paid is the package freight ship to destination, not including TAX or VAT
• How much to pay for the tax will depend on the destination countries' Customs. Usually, the buyer should pay for the tax fees.
• Declare lower reduce tax not means no tax, we only declare lower help you clearance, customers should know the tax policy in their country, Check different country Tariff threshold
• Any questions during the delivery or clearance please need contact us immediately, we would try our best sort out and help you clearance.  
• Some countries DHL have DHL limite freight,those area customer need pay DHL limite freight then can use DHL shipping.

3.  Factors that may influence the shipping time:

• First, it is destination. For some remote area and some remote countries, the delivery time is about 1-2 days longer and you have to pay some extra shipping cost. But EMS, Singapore post and Hongkong post have no remote area.Please kindly consider!
• Second, it is package weight. If the package weight is over 21kg, it will need one day longer of the delivery time than the package under 21kg.Please kindly consider!
• Third, it is stock status. Usually when your finish the payment we will arrange shipment in 2 days, however if  the item you choose is out of stock temporarily we will try our best to speed up the shipment ASAP. Please kindly consider!
• Fourth, the harsh weather condition and festival holiday. Sometimes the bad weather condition and festival will influence the shipping time. Please kindly consider!
