The error usually caused by the wrong device serial number.
Double check your PAD VII (or PAD V/ Pro5) serial number is correct, confirm S/N with your seller and Launch X431 will add/fix license to your renew card.
Then try to activate IMMO software again.

Xprog3 only do parts of cars immo functions.
With IMMO Function Activation you will have the same immobilizer function as X431 IMMO Plus oIr MMO Elite.
