Right tool for the right jobs, it took me for long time trying to solve the problems with this scanner only 5 minutes problem solved

I appreciate!! it can pin point the situation and document it. Make system adjustment or reset multiple maintenance requirements and can also monitor any changes made from the moment it was connected to a vehicle until it's next inspection, if needed any. The biggest benefit from it.. it's WiFi software updated and can save you a serious amount of money from home. Then having to go to "Certified Professional" shop and forced to pay 3x's the amount, just to find out the possible issue. Not to mention!! Advised to take it to a "Certified Mechanic" to get a bigger quote for parts and "Labor Fees" basically! subliminally told you wouldn't know what to do!!!!

This tool is also a very good value as it is a full OBD scanner with many features of more expensive devices. I have used it for a number of weeks now and I find it most reliable and easy to use.

Ok it came in 5 days, this case it probably the best I’ve ever had the way the fitment is designed. I haven’t used yet really just needed it for my own vehicles. Will give update on it in about 3 uses. So far it looks great and comes

Is a great tester for every hobby mechanic. I have to say that I have been a car mechanic for 25 years and work with various testers who of course cost more because they also have to cover more systems. The Lauch tester has everything every hobby mechanic needs. It covers the most important systems such as engine, ABS, airbag and automatic transmission. The most important service functions such as oil reset, service reset, retracting the brake piston and even programming the battery. You can also read the most important data easily (assuming you can do something with the data). The big one is also great, you don't always have a huge clunker in front of you and you don't need an extra charger because the tester gets its power via the OBD socket is loaded at the same time. I have to say, even if it is my private device, it will often find space in my tool cart at work.

Unfortunately the tester is very moody. The chassis number recognition rarely works (of course this could also be due to the vehicle being tested). This has the huge advantage that after a while you know many of the chassis numbers by heart (good brain training). What particularly annoys me, however, is the device's constant begging for updates. This is particularly problematic when you are on the move, beyond the WiFi, as the good guy refuses to do some work steps without an update. There is clearly still room for improvement. The diagnostic behavior, especially for Mercedes vehicles, is subpar. It has now happened more often that I have used the old tester because it is too complicated. If I were to calculate the time I have wasted on updates so far, it would be close to a total economic loss. However, the tester was really lucky that I have an almost inexhaustible supply of patience, otherwise... Overall, the tester performs quite well if you compare it with a GameBoy, because the GameBoy has not yet recognized a chassis number.

Great device, quick and reliable, great service...! I would prefer a device from Launch again at any time! Keep it up
