I decided to test out this product and it's not too shabby. It's relatively easy to use, but more details in the manual would be handy. The update went smoothly as soon as I launched it, and it linked to my vehicles effortlessly

So far with just initial use its worked well and very impressed, I got this more as a stand by device as you never need these things until you don't have it. Lets hope I don't but worth the money to have it just in case.

I took the chance on this product and its great, very easy to use although a little more information in the manual would be useful. As soon as I started it up the update worked, I connected it to my vehicles it found two out of three with the auto scan my 2002 Thunderbird I had to input manually and the diagnoses got a little confusing there so still figuring it out. My 2010 Mercury Mariner was great and it found fault codes I wasn't aware of so need to look at that but it works fine.

Just like any diagnostics tool you can run your car and find out what codes your car is setting off and with the LAUNCH you will be able to clear codes or store the codes. What I love the most about the LAUNCH is the feature that as long as you're in wi-fi range you can click the share button (you will see in the pics I have attached) and share to your own email or the mechanics email in town or even states away. How cool is that now you don't ever have to worry about finding the little print outs from taking your car uptown to the Autoparts store. I cannot tell you how many times I've done this and lost them, and they are also saved in the device until you clear the data. This device is battery powered and comes with a cool thick case to keep the device protected and also a charging cable to keep you connected and on the go. Another cool feature the LAUNCH has is that as long as the device is hooked up to your car it will charge the device from the cars battery while running diagnostics. Do yourself a favor and get your LAUNCH CRP123X Elite fast. You will not dislike this addition to your home or garage.

The quality of the unit itself is great. It feels solid and durable. A rubberized exterior feels good in your hands. The physical buttons produce a solid click, ensuring proper feed back. The screen is very good. It's touch screen, so if you'd rather not use the physical buttons, a simple tap allows you to navigate like any modern day tablet or smart phone. Additionally, the screen is impressively bright and easy to read. Its full color and easy to read even in direct sunlight. Adjusting the brightness can be done in the settings, allowing you to set it at whatever you prefer.

Easy to use and did what it was supposed to do and more better than what I expected

Works well for what it is intended for. My only complaint would be the screens are as user friendly as I would like. Had to hunt around to find the feature I was looking for. Overall I'm satisfied.

Set up was very easy. It is quite snappy and responsive! Running on a recent Android software, initialization took very little time. Connecting to my wifi was just as easy as any other device would be. Upon connecting to the internet, there were multiple updates needing to be performed. Downloading all available updates, the process took about 10 minutes. This updated many makes and manufactures. After that I was ready to use!
