For the money,Launch X431 PAD VII Elite Pad 7 is by far the best scan tool out there. Very easy to use and with a lil research you too can save a lot of money and hastle.

The Launch X431 PAD VII Elite scan tool feels like it is built very tough and rugged. You definitely get your money worth for all the features and different things your able to do with this tool. Only dislike is it’s a corded connection with no way to upgrade to wireless. Other than that very happy!

Tech support is great and fast. x431shop.eu service team sent me guide on how to download the APP after I factory reset the tool ,also I purchased an Launch Osilloscope at under $400 from seller at factory price to work with the my Launch X431 PAD VII Elite Pad 7 ,it works great too. I recommend this tool to every home mechanic or small auto repair shop.

I looked at the Autel, and decided to get the Launch instead. Well, I'm happy! It's a pro level bi-directional scan tool that goes deep into secondary systems.
This isn't a basic scan tool, it's a fully loaded Android based scanner with all the bells and whistles.
Over all I love it!

I like the functions available on this scanner. I meets my needs. Takes a little time to learn to navigate the menus but once you’ve been through it once or twice it’s very straightforward. The battery life seems to be good as well.

There’s a parking assist malfunction on 2015 Toyota Alphard Vellfire dashboard after replacing parking sensor. DTC: C1AEC – front sensor communication circuit. So I’m gonna use Launch X431 PAD VII to do IPA calibration to fix the issue. Other X431 tools like X431 PRO5 may refer to the steps as well.
